What fighter lost a fight but would beat their opponent in a rematch 9/10 times?

"Everyone Conor's ever beaten"

You can close the thread now.

By the time they fought, Wanderlei was pretty much shot, and Leben is underrated.

Leben wins that fight pretty much every time. Prime Wanderlei is a different story.

I disagree. Even a way past prime Wandy was a superior fighter to Leben at the time, he just showed him zero respect and was chinny at the time.

Brian Stann was a significantly more dangerous striker than Leben and Wandy put his lights out.

Going old school:
Fedor vs Kohsaka
Cro cop vs Randleman
Saku vs Schembri
Coleman vs Williams
Coleman vs Takada (Lol)
Tito vs Mezger
GSP vs Hughes

If you change it to 8/10, then Nog v Mir ;)

But seriously though, Shogun v Forrest is another obvious one. And outside the UFC, Chuck v Horn and Arlovski vs that crazy front flip bastard who tried to get asylum into Sweden.

Arlovski vs Datsik
Romero vs Whittaker (currently 1-1 imo)

This will be controversial, but I think Shogun beats Forrest 9/10.

randleman over crocop is a good example of this

I think we all know what this thread will be full of.

Silva vs Weidman

First one he got caught while clowning second one his leg snapped
That’s not definitive for me

Wanderlei/Leben comes to mind aswell.

Also a not so serious one but I really wouldn't be able to see Koscheck having much luck against Rumble these days.

Catchweight at 205 and Kos takes it. Rumble would cut massive weight again, gas, and get choked out.
