Also in hindsight Whittaker was probably one of Israel's easiest fights in the UFC. He usually takes the 1st round to read the opponent and he even won the first with that huge knockdown.

Reminds me of the Cormier fight. People said Cormier went easy on him out of respect that's why he didn't finish him. Hilarious. Going into the fight I was sure Israel would finish Anderson or at least give him a beating but it ended up being a tough fight despite Anderson's age. Before the fight I was curious who would win a fight between both fighters in their prime but all that fight really showed us is Anderson would have made it look easy.
