I know you some of you hate on Dolce because of "bro-science" or what ever. But none of his fighters have ever missed weight. And surprise, surprise, Quinton Jackson isn't the most disciplined person on the planet.

Can't stand Dolce but he kept people on target

I guess he's just such a douche that even though it was very much for their benefit to keep him on, guys like Rampage and Hendricks still fired him.
 
dloce's fighters always made weight and looked good. bj penn and rampage dont have the best discipline. when was the last time rampage looked shredded and jacked? dolce bless.
 
Bro science or not, Dolce was a good baby sitter meal prepping for his clients.
