That sounds like some politician level bullshitting to me.
That's a good argument though, way better than the stuff that mcnuthuggregors came up with in the other topic.
Here's another possibility for you folks.
Maybe Conor's lawyers did some due diligence into Dustin's charity and either the process is still pending or they just didn't like what they saw (maybe it wasn't registered properly or something so Conor wouldn't get a tax deduction or some other administrative reason).
