Here's another possibility for you folks.

Maybe Conor's lawyers did some due diligence into Dustin's charity and either the process is still pending or they just didn't like what they saw (maybe it wasn't registered properly or something so Conor wouldn't get a tax deduction or some other administrative reason).

Never judge a book by its cover. Always wait till the facts come out.

That's actually a smart move by Conor, if it's true. A lot of charities are scams, you need actual guarantee you're not getting scammed, before donating.
