This was always part of the deal structure they had agreed ages ago. The $600 million figure is PR - it says it counts $250 million already supposedly earned between founders but really no way to say what that really means or how it’s cut.



Sounds as though McGregor is no longer a shareholder at this point as he is described as a ‘stakeholder’.
