International Taliban riding american humvees

giphy.gif

Biden has ordered US B-52’s to blitz Taliban targets.

It costs us nearly twice as much to bring those platforms stateside again. So we have opted to leave mostly everything there. Those humvees were most likely operated by the security forces before the taliban got a hold of them.

Anyways, its a shit show over there

There is no good solution because there was no goal why we were/are there. The taliban is bad, but so is having the U.S. occupy Afghanistan. People are inevitably going to be hurt with us leaving, but something had to change and there is no magic bullet.

Anyone watching this has to wonder, how did they get those? They seem to be in pristine condition. Sure, the Taliban mechanics fixed them up. Absolutely.

The amount of Americans dead, the civilians dead, the troops lied to about the war, the brainwashed masses (Including the troops) who thought they were doing right. For what? And Why? Hmm.

Fallen Angel just came out, a documentary about what really happened at Extortion 17, exposing the cover up behind the worst day in Afghanistan. The parents of the members of Seal Team Six that were killed that day have fought to find out what really happened that day and why the coverup by the military and US government.

The Weinberger Doctrine, based on the philosophy of former Secretary of Defense Caspar Weinberger under Reagan, relevant part basically:
1) You have a plan to accomplish attainable goals, 2) You have a plan to get out once those goals are achieved.

Unfortunately, Colin Powell used to be one of the strongest advocates of this policy before it was abandoned by Bush II. If we followed this basic principle, we would not have gotten bogged down in the quagmire that was Vietnam or Iraq or now Afghanistan.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Powell_Doctrine

  1. Is a vital national security interest threatened?
  2. Do we have a clear attainable objective?
  3. Have the risks and costs been fully and frankly analyzed?
  4. Have all other non-violent policy means been fully exhausted?
  5. Is there a plausible exit strategy to avoid endless entanglement?
  6. Have the consequences of our action been fully considered?
  7. Is the action supported by the American people?
  8. Do we have genuine broad international support?
What happened to point 5? Unfortunately, for us it went out the window with Cheney along with the rest of this philosophy.

Reading “biden ordered” on anything ought to send a cold chill down you body, reading he ordered bombs dropped WTF.
