There will be a #1 contender in mid November when Max / Yair goes down, less than 2 months after Volk's last fight. There's absolutely no drama with the timetable as some people are trying to make it out to seem lol.

I agree. Not a fan of his at all, but what he said here is actually commendable. Granted, it seems as if he's trying to stay relevant in a way, but it's still a respectable approach and more admirable than cherry picking a weak champ.
