Yeah, much like steak, you would have a hard time finding sushi I wouldn’t eat. I do draw the line at gas station sushi. But I eat grocery store sushi all the time.

I thought I knew what Sushi was. It is nothing like what they serve in Japan. It's a real simple dish in japan and not really rolls. It is just fish on top of nigiri. It's not colorful or covered with sauce. If there are rolls then they are tiny.

I had a Japanese friend who came to visit and we were like yea let's go to Japanese restaurant. I didn't know back then they probably were like this Japanese food is complete shit in America. I am not trying to be a snob. I will eat both. I just didn't realize the American version was like chipotle for authentic Japanese food.
