guys, guys! they didn't a find a bank account called "joe's secret bribery fund", so there's no evidence of anything and this is a witch hunt! hunter is very successful and qualified to be on those boards in corrupt countries and get paid all those millions and his relationship to the vice president is purely coincidental.

Hunter Biden was a degenerate junkie that unscrupulous foreign companies hired to try and gain influence with his father Joe, the then VP. So far there's no solid evidence that Joe did anything criminal.

The answer is no, only the President has that kind of Executive discretion. President Obama had the backing of the bi-partisan senate Ukraine caucus, as well as our EU allies to request that Shokin be removed. Joe had no executive power here, he was the messenger, so how could he be held accountable for this decision when it wasn't his to make?
