This event was such a letdown

Dreadful prelims
Doctor fucked up a brutal nut shot
Mismatches on main card
Doctor and ref fuck fight (either continue or DQ)
Co main and main with fighters coming in on one week notice. Of which, co-main was extremely boring and uneventful.

My expectations weren't great for this card -- but I was entertained.

J Walker's one man riot.
Dana getting his hands dirty by entering the Octagon to bring peace.
Khamzat's adrenaline dump on the walkout and in the first.
Usman getting back up in Rd 3 to bang it out.
Volk being decisively ended by Islam -- one way or the other, not a Decision controversy.

And don't get me started on Nut Shots...

There's these threads after just about every event unless it's completely flawless (which is very rare).

I must be the only one that had fun, lol. It was a bumpy ride, but I accept the unpredictability of MMA (that's part of what makes it great) and overall, I enjoyed the event.

I just enjoy MMA really, but maybe I'm just too optimistic.

it was a total shite event, and the amount of people here acting like islam and kamzhat had legitimate wins is embarrassing. what title fight is legit, where only one guy trained for it? and these pretenders act like its legit? gtfo. short notice fights suck ass. volk f'd himself. he'll never get a shot against islam at 155 again, islam is going to 170, and then if we're lucky he defends the lightweight title end of 2024, early 2025. fucked over the whole LW division, interim LW title belt coming 100%.
