Izzy has too much on his plate. He's got DDP begging for a fight and has to avenge Strickland matchup. Then UFC would be dumb not to try and make Khamzat/Izzy. At this point Pereira might be at HW. Pereira won 4/5, it is what it is. Pereira has lots of fresh matchups of his own.

If people are asking to fight him it's because they see him as very beatable.

Also, Dricus is a true African king, while Izzy is just some dude living in New Zealand who happens to have Nigerian parents.

Not at all, but he clearly hasn't earned a title shot and there are other contenders that are tougher fights. Izzy didn't look like himself last fight and was clearly burned out with his schedule. Izzy can be a money fight and a legit opponent, but not the biggest challenge at the moment.
