Wednesday was 10 mins skipping rope, mostly practicing double unders. Agility ladder footwork, SL hops, lateral movement etc. Chin ups. Rowing. Sh er work, random other stuff.
Today, Thurs: several rounds padwork with M. Working footwork and combos while switching stances, cleaned up my L hook a little slipping too far and leaning over a little, and faking a rear round kick cheat step into long jab.
