Words sting, bro.Yes, I was thinking of timed 40's or even 60's. Tough though because hand timed over such a short distance isn't ideal. Was the first thing that popped into my head. I was just trying to cater to the more "Fit and Fab" community or f13 has turned into these days.

I have found them to be my best supplement squat movement for all around strength. I feel like it helps both my squat and deadliftI'm going to reintroduce front squats to my next phase of training, I rather enjoy them.
The best I've ever done was 275. I'm much lighter now then I was when I did that but I feel like I'm not far off. My current heavy sets are done under extreme exhaustion because I'm timing the set.Some pretty nice front squatting NK. What's your front squat PR?
