PSA: all files deleted on any computer are not actually deleted. They are just marked as deleted so the operating system can overwrite that portion of the hard disk if it so desires. Once that portion of the hard disk is overwritten with new data then the deleted file would be gone.

the logic doesn't follow.
We agree that something that works on a rat may not work on a human, and if something doesn't work on a human and humans believe it does work then it would be the placebo effect.
So something working on a rat doesn't rule out the placebo effect on humans.
If you get advice from someone working at your bank, they will almost always try to put you into their mutual funds.
This advice is optimal for THEM, not you. It may be ok for you, but it won't be optimal. The banks get commission and management fees.
I have no doubt that some remedies do work. It's just a matter of separating the wheat from the chaff because I'm also sure that some of the stuff that gets lumped in to tcm wouldn't pass the double blind test
That makes sense. Taking natural remedies "feels" like the right choice in terms of it being less invasive and unknown. Tough to know how much is placebo effect though because that is a very powerful effect. If you believe something will work then it may actually work.

Ditch the cold cuts chicken and instead poach some chicken breast in advance and slice it for your sandwiches when you need it. Way better.
I recently made that switch and wish I had discovered it sooner.
Yep, looks like it. It's to bypass algorithm flagging.
