Yep, looks like it. It's to bypass algorithm flagging.

I suppose if it is used enough times, even if just to bypass the algorithms, it could become more common parlance and thus contribute to the dumbing down of society, but only as an unintended side effect.

It's not new. Unalive = kill or suicide and that's said on YouTube so the creators avoid their video getting flagged. As far as language generally, bear in mind that
