57 in a few weeks, i get 6.5 to 7 hours during the week and up to 10 on the weekends. I train 5 days a week plus strength and conditioning. My key to minimizing injuries is bodywork from a chiropractor. Her style is a combination of stretching, massage, and body manipulation. It’s not enjoyable...
Let your daughter have fun!!!!!!!!!
When she gets older and is still into sports you can SLOWLY ramp up the intensity to the point it helps her excel and not hate the sport.
Received the rings this morning and completed my first workout, very hard. This will become part of my training routine. I bought the nagoya brand, composite rings not wood. Wood may be nicer but I have no previous knowledge. The rings feel extremely strong, web straps and buckles are top...
ty for the replies. think i will buy them. any recommendations? was looking at nayoya or possibly rogue. probably not getting wood rings, (that sounds strange).
I realize there are a lot of exercises. Will I get more from the ring workout than a standard bar workout? I also realize I will have to build up before I can do most of those exercises.
I have a full gym in my basement so I am looking at more toys. At least twice a week I do a pull up, dip, push up style workout
Are the rings worthwhile, ie. will I get more out of them than standard pull ups...? They are cheap so cost is not an issue.
There are coding bootcamps ie. Hack Reactor and many others that offer fulltime programming that will take about 3 months. It's not cheap about 20k maybe more haven't looked in a while. If you are interested in programming this is the way to go, imo.
Good luck
LBJ is a phenomenal athlete no question about that. Can he take a punch, how mentally tough is he? Fighters are just a little differant than the rest of us.
Not sure how gay has to do with anything so I will stop my comments on that. The rest, maybe he will never be able to defend himself, and that is ok. If he chooses to lose weight or learn self defense and asks for help then help him. If not then let him be, I am sure many people comment on...
My daughter does a few sports and is pretty good at them. Of course I want her to excel but I have to keep that to myself (it is hard sometimes) almost the only advice I give her and the team is to try hard and have fun. This is coming from the parent and I coach her teams.
I think that is a great thing to say.
After her match/matches, let her talk if she wants. Only say positive things and then change the subject when you get in the car. This isn't her full-time life. If she wants to talk more about it she will.
