From FightTips to even my local area gyms are becoming more and more popular with TKD. I don't mean your 2 classes a week at a...

    What's the Point Sparring?

You obviously have a shit sparring class, for myself I train and do partner work every afternoon during the week, I want to see at the end what combos work well and what don't and put what I've learnt to use. Core classes vs fighter training

That honestly makes sense.. The training is at classes with everybody warm up 15 minutes, 30 mins pad work and maybe some light sparring and stretching. Fighter training is hour and a half 3 times a week. Plus sparring only 1 hour so 4 times a week. Crossfit session for 10-30 minutes...

My kickboxing coach said I wouldn't have to attend the clubs normal classes Tuesday and Thursday technique, I could fight and only attend the fighters only training 4 2 hour sessions a week. Not to say he's wrong..but shouldn't I be making sure I go to the core classes and keep improving my...

How do you condition your shins?

DON'T by any means use poles to slide or hit the shin or kick anything stupid or some idiotic shit. Itll fuck you harder then ever. Kick the heavy bag over an over and over again. And when your tired, do it some more then rub dit da jow or some anti brusing ointment, and ice it.

    Sparring pros

How would you go sparring an opponent who you know your gonna lose against? Yeah it's for experience but knowing they're gonna own you and strike a bit harder, for me it's a bit nerve racking and I can't seen to get over the "fear" of sparring this one guy coz he goes hard and the dudes a...
