Pretty much. Without seeing the complaint and whatever contract, if any, she had with Berry, it's basically impossible right now to tell wtf actually happened or if she has a case.
Spiking an opponent isn't against the rules if they're trying to sub you. They have some control over the position, if they don't want to land on their head they can let go of the sub.
Yea, great exercise and if you enjoy it, go for it. But don't think that it'll help vs. someone competent. Also having your wrists taped, having gloves on, and disallowing small joint manipulation would harm its effectiveness in MMA if it did work.
Right? Anderson got a bit of flak from Bas and a few others for not using proper technique in the fight, IIRC, but that was it. Same with Spong when he did the same thing in kickboxing around the same time, and with Weidman. They're kicking incredibly hard, and if you look at Conor's legs...
Likes got obliterated a while ago for a lot of accounts.
<--- I am not as shit as that shows. Close though.

Dude we had Jacare hugging his opponent not showing any care about a completely jacked arm weeks ago. And Conor's analysis is delusional, he very clearly lost the first round.
Wanting show muscles rather than actually needing to be an effective fighter in a specific weight class changes the decisions you make. I'm actually surprised none of the goofs have turned to synthol yet.
