Update: been here for 3 months now, definitely a great place to train. I've trained in Sub-Grappling for almost 2 yrs before coming here, and I must say, I've learned TONS of new and exciting techniques in the short time I've trained w/ Oleg... Great coach, great gym, great training...

OT: Thank you for this. I used to wrap my hands the more traditional way (thumb thru loop, wrap wrists, wrap knuckles, criss cross between fingers, yada yada...). I followed along with the youtube instruction and I've got to say that this feels a WHOLE lot better... Makes me want to hit...

You'll get over it. There are days where I find any excuse not to go and days when I can't wait to get on the mats. Like everyone else: 50% of the time you may not feel like going, but if you do go, you will be glad you did 100% of the time.
