In a recent video I talked about the importance of having an “escaping in transition” mindset. Now in this video I’m going to give an important example of escaping in transition when it comes to your opponent attempting to finish their guard passes.
One of the most common situations where you will need to escape in transition will be when your opponent is trying to pass your guard. This scenario is very important to have in your brain.
