The man is 35 years old I think he can only get so much better from here.
TDD is what he should be working on, he'll never be a BJJ wizard.

Not for everyone, and that doesn't mean he's going to become a BJJ black belt over night even if it was sir.

BJJ is easy to learn. He'll be good enough in less than 6 months
Too mechanical? Why waste energy with unnecessary motions? You'd rather a guy be spinning around everywhere instead of being pronounced and efficient with his motions?Staged and too mechanical, IMO
