Sure, it is amazing and Anderson isn’t a normal human being. Shogun is not either tho...

Also, they have different styles and career trajectories. I also can’t think of any major layoffs Anderson’s has that impacted his career like Shogun did..

Not taking anything away from Anderson- he’s done amazing things. But his style wasn’t one of taking damage and although he had/has a great chin he never relied on it like fighters cut from the cloth of Shogun, Liddell, Rampage, Leben... That can’t help you later on in your career.

Also... Anderson hasn’t not been very active in the last 5 years. Had he been, we may have seen some stoppages. Maybe not... again, don’t mean to discredit. I just don’t think using Shogun is a great comparison for the two..
