In fact, because MMA was an underground sport this place and the underground were actually important believe it or not in keeping the sport alive and the community connected.

Had a UFC.com forum account in 2008 and an UG in 2011, it was a lot different even then, forums in general were. Now Instagram, twitter, snapchat, facebook just sorta reach everything.
