Tried to take it easy
Tried to stop lifting
Went to a doctor who gave me a tens unit and sent me to a physio
Went to a physio who said I'd ruptured a vertibrae and have me exercises
I did excersises for months
Went to a more senior physio who confirmed this
Did them again for months
I went to an osteopath who laughed at said history
Said I might have strained something originally and now it had healed tight
Vigorous massage and stretching program,
In 4 weeks I was lifting again
2 weeks after that I was 100%

My point is to shop around for multiple opinions
This whole thing took about a year for me, it should have taken 6-8 weeks

Sounds like a good fit. I never read any books. I very much enjoy mocking my shorts friends in a condescending manner (short people are sooo cute). I don't really drink much myself, but to not drink ever is silly. If I could remember them all, I'd say my best nights ever would involve drinking. Soccer, Lulz. I don't even need to go into that. Most religious people are fucking ridiculous and I've gotten into pretty cereal screaming matches over it. Some dude's entire argument for why being gay is wrong is because "God made Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve". Meanwhile he had two girlfriends and stabbed a guy.
