I really enjoyed Faraldo's
 
Pettis KO over Horiguchi because it was the most significant and best method plus it was a comeback win. The first two KO's happened in irrelevant fights. Not even close.

Horiguchi KO is the best from that list. Horiguchi was jumping back as well but the spinning backfist cut laterly accross his movement line so his backwards motion did nothing to stop it's force...Faraldo's KO's is comical. Fedor's is an execution but Johnson walked/swung into it

While I agree I'd say the fight that launched @Ben Big Tuna Parrish into Sherdog cult hero status has at least some relevance.
 
Those are all quality KO's, but to really set one apart, you need the opponent to drop like a felled tree...so I would vote for Faraldo.
 
I came in to mention the first KO posted (flying knee).
