I was more interested when I misread the title as Best Survival Shoe, but to answer TS I’d say Survivorman.

I have a very strong skepticism about any reality-TV survival show.

So they're in very dangerous conditions and have to McGuyver ways to stay alive... yet they're followed by cameramen.

Not survivorman. Les Stroud has nearly died several times. And had to keep cancelling his show because it was taking a toll on his health.

Naked and Afraid for the rare times they have a hot woman and show her fine buns, but they blur way too much of the boobs. They should be more precise with the blur and just blur the nipples. Better yet, they should air uncensored on Showtime.
