Social Biden considers accepting Palestinian refugees

Those Gaza beach front development deals gotta some some US money in them. all you gotta do is take in a few tens of thousands of palestinians, which is a drop in a bucket compared to yearly immigration across the border.

That can't be real...No way we are taking away from American Taxpayers who are already struggling because of this non stop inflation and giving any sort of benefits to illegal aliens breaking into this country

If only there was a way to screen refugees. It's not like they have to jump through many security and bureaucratic hurdles and also have a relative in the US.

I suppose in the 80s you were clamoring for the US go stop Irish immigration cuz there were too many IRA sympathizers and members?

Tell me how are they going to actually screen anyone with the situation in Gaza now. Hell they couldn't do it before this.

Maybe only the ones approved and checked by Israel should be allowed to come.

If that had ties to the IRA fuck them coming here. We could actually do a background check. When in doubt they stay out.

They don't screen people coming through the border what makes you think they will put in any effort to screen people from Gaza?

This is a divide and conquer tactic. Human rights are human rights.and when you target other people being temporarily treated well opposed to the oppressor you are only hurting yourself.

Also this is not by any means a large amount of refugees. If you look at the number of Gazans with US relatives its maybe a few thousand people. Its a symbolic BS play. Standard democrat policy.

Also US health insurers kill more americans a year(68k) then the total of refugees in this plan.

All thanks the the main beneficiaries of American taxpayer money [Israel] to house people that are slaughtered by a country [Israel] that receive at least 14 billion in American taxpayer money a year without all the free Weapons and last month 8 billions. Because this country [Israel] needs america to take Palestinian so they can themselves colonize their land. America exists to serve Israel at this point.

The better question is what makes you think they can't be screened? They are presumably interviewed and have to offer some references, plus a relative.

And yeah the US let plenty of IRA members and sympathizers emigrate.

They would be coming from Egypt, which is not a warzone (at least that part of the country). You keep insisting that the government won't screen them despite the story literally saying they will. You're the one trying to argue with all the facts we have so far.

And men quality for cash welfare and Medicaid, I don't know why you think they do not. It's laughable that you think refugees qualify for more financial support than the average US citizen.

So you too don't wanna answer what welfare programs these refugees would get access to, even though everyone in this thread is convinced it's a gravy train?

Hint...the point of these refugees is they become citizens and thus net benefits to the US ledger, civically and economically. It's how the country has always worked.
