Well that explains some things, Darrens ground game and Takedown defense looked alot worse than usual. Darrens been so injury prone its crazy how often its happened to him

A full ACL tear takes 6-9 months to recover from AFTER surgery. It never heals on its own. IF this is true, it was likely a very minor tear and he will be having surgery soon. I doubt it is though

A torn ACL is a bit different than most injuries lol. It's impossible to heal on its own since there is no blood supply to it. That's kinda what makes me think this is BS

I mean I seldom buy these excuses, but if true a knee injury is so debilitating. I honestly wonder how he was able to get cleared.
On top of it, his physique did look softer and his face fatter, as well as his movement stiffer
I injured my knee in high-school wrestling and that shit blows. You can hardly walk, let alone fight another grown man in a cage

You can definitely train on a minor tear. It's just very risky.
