ascension is up in brampton (not far from TO) this weekend coming up, grappling industries does one all the time. man theres all kinds

Grpapling industries is coming up on Mar 18. I think its a normal one this time, not sub-only.

OJA hosts some as well

There really aren't any local BJJ competition in Windsor, Ontario. You would have to go down the 401 or across the border.

Modern Flow is just around the corner (February 18th, 2017) in Michigan.

Modern Flow is a good tournament for beginners since they have a double elimination format. Also, Ascension BJJ Open is always a good tournament as well.

If you were looking for a large scale even I would suggest the Chicago Spring International Open (IBJJF) on April 1st-2nd, 2017 but that is a larger travel investiment than anything in Ontario.
