Can you be too strong ?

1. No.

2. Joe is a solid dude and I’m glad he went viral with that video.

I got too strong once its actually pretty bad.
Pat my dog on the head and put it through the floor
shutting the door on my car and it ended up in the car.
Try opening a can of beer when everytime you grip the can it explodes.
AND godforbid you ever get mad and slam a door in the house, I got mad once and banged on the side of a train as it left the station just before I got on, flipped it off the tracks.

Strength is always a positive as long as mobility and speed are not sacrificed to obtain it.

This is kinda related and relative, but back in his wrestling days brock Lesnar was in some ways too strong. Now keep in mind he was an exceptional wrestler and very successful but he would often shoot right through guys and get reversed or waste energy on big throws that were not rewarded in NCAA wrestling. Or hed exert so much force in rolling a guy that his opponent would just use that momentum and roll out of it and wind up on top. Again, this is a bit of a stretch but somewhat related.

No such thing as too much strength.

There is such a thing as too much time spent on training strength.

most sherdoggers like myself are born really strong and need to do long cycling and running exercises to tone down the strength

While admittedly much less weight, that is exactly how I tore my shoulder. I was cringing watching him lock the one side in then wrench the other up. That’s when I heard a snap.

You mean none of you cats have had secks with boise dimes, and caused the house to sink 6 feet under? I thought y'alls were Sherbros

No matter how strong anyone is, there will always be a pickle jar lid that cannot be opened

Sounds like he was wrestling WWE style even back then.

No. You can have a low quality barbell though

This reminds me of my first serious relationship gf..
After about a year being together I accidentally injured her while wrestling on the bed. It wasn’t dirty or anything. We were just playin around before getting up in the morning and I bent her leg the wrong way too far back. She ended up having to go to rehab for the next few months and walking on crutches with cast. She didn’t break up with me til a couple years later so I know she at least still loved me at the time.
But the situation still had consequences. She basically told me I was getting too strong and she asked me to stop working out. I was kind of a bitch back then so I did what she asked and i put up my weights for the rest of our relationship.
After she broke up with me later on I started working out again and have never stopped. I’m still pissed at myself for stopping working out for her.

No way. And that video that Joe posted was because of a shitty bar, not because he's "too strong" (even though he's a strong mfer).
