well for things to line up right, Frankie will have to win tomorrow.
And if Frankie beats Max... doesnt mean he'll beat Cejudo. Styles makes fights and Cejudo and Max are completely different.

Frankie and Cejudo are close in size.
Cejudo wont get taken down.
Frankies striking and wrestling compliment one another, so the wrestling not being there will diminish his striking a little bit.
Cejudo has more power.
Frankie is a better combination striking.
Theyre both fast as hell.
It would be a close fight.

Not that so much time has passed that he needs to but I agree thst defenses 1st before going after another belt.

How can you possibly say Cejudo has more power? Dont have similar opponents while one fighter fought the majority of his career at 125 while the other fought majority of fights at 155. If anything, frankie definitely is the bigger and more powerful fighter, at least on paper. Still an interesting fight, but solely because Cejudo is an olympic wrestler and frankie is similar in size, no other reason to me whatsoever
 
who cares. no one likes watching cejudo and his fake on-camera persona is cringeworthy and a net negative for the UFC

Edgar is more powerful


Cejudo couldn’t even hurt Mighty Mouse. Cejudo isn’t a power puncher at 125. Edgar is much more powerful imo. Plus he’s a better MMA wrestler imo. Edgar beats Cejudo.

Edgar barely cuts weight. He walks around at 160. Cejudo walks around at 155. He also just knocked out a massive bantamweight who is bigger than Edgar.

I think that would be a problem.
That would do the very thing people complain about with a champ running off to a different weight class, hold up the division. Edgar would be jumping the line (just like henry did).

Moraes needs his title shot.

Flyweight needs to get axed if they aren't going to have an active champion.

We have Cejudo's fight night weights, and it's not 155. He would probably have to add mass to get there, and that would be questionable.

He said in his fight with Marlon that he was 155lbs in the cage. He said it right after the fight in an interview
