Chandler, Horiguchi, Lima, and a few others after that.

Corey Anderson
Ryan Bader

They are all better fighters.

Better is relative depending on who's in the weight class. The LHW top guys in the UFC are certainly better than in Belator (other than Bader and Davis).

LW in Bellator is not bad, but they really only have maybe 2 decent guys and the rest are definitely B class. The UFC LW class is probably the best weight class in all of MMA.

Bellator has

Chandler
Pitbull

and a few castoffs from the UFC like Bendo and Jury and a few prospects like Primus.

When you are the best of two guys in a weight class compared to being top 10 in a much more talented weight class...

I think this thread would make more sense if we were to talk about Chandler being the best fighter that has NEVER fought in the UFC. I keep seeing people say Might Mouse and Bader. Obviously those guys, but they’ve already had their time in the UFC.

As for fighters who have never fought in the UFC, Chandler is definitely up there along with Lima and Patricio Pitbull.
