Conor wasnt efficient with his energy in the first fight, its the only reason it was competitive. He even admitted it in post presser.
In the 2nd fight we saw the massive skill difference when Conor kept knocking him on his ass with almost every punch, toying with his meal.
Diaz was also much larger than Conor at WW and it takes alot more energy to fight a much bigger man but Conor still won when it truly mattered and both had camp.

One of the cringiest moments was when conman won a close decision (after spending a combined solid 5 minutes running away from Nate) and said 'the king is back'.
It's interesting that all the conman fanboys put Diaz on a pedestal and claim he's a stylistic nightmare for Conor.
