So much for being under 170. You could tell just by looking at him he wasn’t. He definitely cut some weight, not a ton, maybe 10ish pounds at the most.

You cant add 10 pounds of muscle like that lol.. 10 pounds is huge, it would. He probably added like 3-pounds of muscle and a little bit of fat
