well craigs has like 6 technique son the whole dvd lol but yeah

to me i like a combo of neil melansen and karl silver fox triangle it works very well for me i used halls for about a decade though

Ryan Hall triangle has never failed me. I always finish once I have it, but I use my own setups from a deep underhook and posture control.
