When I lifted a heavy object which was about the weight of my own weight, I felt my lower back tensed up a lot. This was not during a deadlift but at work but thats besides the point.
I did it with my back straight, with the object which was a tin almost between my legs and my back almost straight and yet still this happened.
Two days after that I went to Judo. After a certain uchikomi, it got so bad I could not do any hip throws after.
What it was I most likely damaged? Now I cant even squat w/o any weights. I am 130pds but 5"9
It feels like a muscle pull of some sort since the pain/ache is felt in quite a big area which is most of the lower back.
