A controversial split decision?? Lol He's bigger but they both compete at LW? So does it matter that Connor was bigger than everyone at 145? No it doesn't, it's just an excuse you use to spin to your rhetoric

Conor doesn't do absolutely anything bizarre. Every punch he throws is thrown very often in boxing. Every stance, every movement, can be seen in boxing. Whatever awkwardness you might detect in him comes from the fact that he is fighting guys who are not great boxers, that«s why he can get away with certain things.

Post an example of something Conor does that we don't see in boxing.

After just seeing the video I understand the confusion. Conor summoning his internal qi force to make Paulie fall.

That definitely didn't look like a push down.

What was controversial about it? Whether round 3 was a 10-8 because Nate landed some pitter patter shots against the cage that were proven to be mostly rolled with if not completely dodged?

And it does matter because they were fighting at open weight. A 155 Nate Diaz is different from a 170 Diaz, if you can't see that you're an idiot. Likewise a 145 Conor is different from a 155 Conor. A 170 Conor is just fatter, and it shows with the extra bulk that people actually were stupid enough to think was muscle put on in a few months time.

Nates also a good boxer. Has a place in professional boxing too. Maybe not at the top top, but better than a lot of guys I see. The fact is Conor put it on him. People need to get over it already.

Dana White released the footage because Paulie Malignaggi was destroying interest in the fight by making delusional claims about the sparring sessions. Dana White has helped to bring balance back to the discussion.

Paulie says Conor dragged his head down so that was the "shove".

I mean, maybe I can buy that, but it doesn't change the fact that he got hit pretty clean in that second video. Conor shouldn't be landing shots like that on you.
