Not a godamn thing about gag orders. The fuckery all hinges on one word, “impartial”. The judge has made previous statements in speeches about the judicial latitude to steer evidence and use estoppel to influence a trial.

It should be a legal free for all in the public square. Trust the jury to sort it out..

Not a good idea to talk shit about the Judge non stop, when the Judge has the power to allow the chick who gets paid to do gang bang videos, to put a statement in court records for eternity that you have a tiny wiener and a two pump Trump.

When your Daddy bailed you out of every fuck up you made, you get a certain sense of entitlement that you think you have the power in every situation, but when you are in court, the best move is not piss off the Judge, but Diaper Don is too stupid to figure that out.

the prosecution says they won't be asking tiny about his little toadstool but i doubt that will stop her from bringing it up. she's been ready and waiting for this moment for quite a while now.

theres going to be something hilarious and embarassing for the tiny two-pump chump getting put down in the court records today that we ain't already aware of. have him become the first president in history to have his sexual inadequacy to be immortalized in the official court record. man what i wouldnt do to be a fly on the wall for this one.

The judge's stated reasoning for the gag order is concern about MAGA-nauts taking what Trump says and using it as an excuse to engage in violence against these people, the judge in particular. It's not like it's never happened. His followers have been sending death threats to people he attacks verbally and worse.

In other words, it doesn't have to be a direct threat--it's sufficient that it's incendiary in the hands of MAGA-nauts.
