Dumbell help.

Hey guys recently got access to some dumbells, weight is irrelevant because its a whole set. I was just hoping you could suggest workouts i can do with them that either overlap with striking and grappling techniques or just give me a list of workouts that work all the muscles possible with dumbells.

i really like the one handed quick lifts like power cleans and snatches or heavy turkish get ups.

i would work up to a max or do EDT, meaning setting a timer and trying to hit a rep goal.
 
You could try that exercise Rocky is doing at 2:20.

 
I second EDT. Weighted calisthenics will get you big and strong. Also check out javorek's db complexes that he used with his wrestlers.
 
How heavy can you make it?
