You should be good, it sounds like everyone will be able to enter this one. And the people that did not sign up may be allowed to enter later. For EA UFC 3 they opened the beta to everyone after just 4 days.

The EA Play where this will get revealed will go down at 4PM PT later today. I don't really expect more than a trailer though so hopefully the website will have some new info about the game after that ends.

Most likely this August, there are some early rumors about a release date. Should definitely be 2020 though, they would not be doing this beta right now otherwise. Last time the beta happened 2-3 months before the release, so I expect something similar now.
