Does Flo have a complete subscription where you can get all the Flo sports? Or do you have to buy the ones you want separately.

This is correct. You will have access to all sports hosted by flo. I haven't tried this but I've read that you can do a one month subscription if you sign up under a different sport other than flograppling (not sure about flowrestling). This way you can try it for one month instead of investing the full amount starting off. Other sports don't require the annual amount up front.
