One day I will go into a powerlifting meet, so my diet needs to be fully dialed in so I can lose fat and gain muscle.
On a more serious note the powerlifting thing was real and I'm doing Wendler's 5/3/1
Today I ate:
Sourdough toast
eggs
bacon
milk
carrots
fried rice
chicken breast
more milk
OJ
two lucerne ice cream cups
triscuits
lemonade
water
maybe some other shit
I hope that I stay strict to this diet and I don't eat and unnecessary calories. That's why I drink beer.
