Justin throws hard but it's also disregard for his own leg/foot if it meets shin on shin. He throws them without much care and he will spin out of control if he misses.
Alex is more accurate with his placement but he sacrifices power for accuracy. You don't really need that much power for that strike to be very damaging. He leans backwards instead of pivoting when he kicks. He still keeps his head towards the center line but that lean backwards keeps him out of counters. Alex doesn't pivot with his kicks. You can also see when he throws the body kick. He doesn't really open his hip much.
