"We invite you to watch the promo video for the upcoming heavyweight fight between infamous rapper Popek Monster (3-2) and famous Polish actor Tomasz 'Strachu' Oswiecinski (0-0) at KSW 41 in Katowice, Poland on December 23rd.
Popek Monster returned to MMA in 2016 and squared off against Mariusz Pudzianowski at KSW 37 in a short but thrilling encounter. The rapper, who has his eyeballs tattoo'd, was the underdog going in but almost stopped the five times world's strongest man with a thumping right hand but shortly after he succumbed to pounding punches from Pudzianowski.
The 39-year-old bounced back at KSW 39 this past May in front of almost 58,000 people when he finished a bloody Robert Burneika with strikes in less than a minute into their contest and brought the entire stadium to their feet.
Now Popek faces a new and interesting test in actor turned fighter Tomasz Osweicinski. A regular on a Polish soap opera and in action movies, Osweicinski has a history in judo and gained fame as a fitness instructor to the stars in Poland. 'Strachu' now turns his focus to MMA and with the help of an athletic background will be looking to prove the doubters wrong and make a splash in the KSW heavyweight division.
