It’s literally impossible to hate Stephen Thompson, but he really needed to lose tonight because he’s had his time and Shavkat is the contender we need.

That said, I’m glad this was not one of his more violent finishes, the great Khan showed mercy today.

As a huge WB fan couldn't agree more. He needs to retire for his own safety so I'm kinda glad he lost (eventhough I'm always rooting for him). Even more glad he didn't take major damage from this fucking killer.

Shavkat didn't want to stand and trade with WB , he learned his lesson against Neal . Thompson got his attention a few times but MMA is not all about striking and the better ground game of the Nomad got the finish .

Thompson looked pretty good on the feet , better than i thought he would for as long as the fight lasted . WB is not quite done yet , he still may get to fight Usman and then maybe call it a career
