I'm just pissed off that I missed out on Godzilla: Minus One in cinema, due to it having a stupidly brief run in my local Vue.

Fuck dude me too. It was a so brief where I’m from as well. It seemed like there wasn’t a demand to see the film… Like no one even heard of it or went. wtf… now I need to stream it

I go to the bar by myself all the time.

It's easy to make friends or at least strike up a conversation.

I am now invited to a monthly poker game, go shooting occasionally with a couple other guys, weekly sport pick em gambling thing with a bunch of other guys.

A couple of times I traveled out of town to see a concert by myself. You feel awkward sitting there by yourself waiting for the concert to begin.

Found myself dining alone during several business trips, typically my evenings always ended with me furiously masturbating in my hotel room …the most important moments are the ones that make you feel alive!

Yup traveling for work was always a great experience. I never get time to be alone with my thoughts so it was always nice to have a week to myself.

By the end of the week is when I started missing my family, but then it was time to go home anyway so it worked out perfect.

But now we do meetings via zoom so we don't need to travel anymore. I miss it.

I don't do this in America but I always do this when I am traveling alone. We are never really alone anyways. We are so connected to the internet that your friends aren't really too far away.

my wife is a bit of an introvert so i go out by myself often. I've made some good friends at the local bars so i'm not really alone when i'm there. If i'm at a restaurant having a meal by myself then i bring a book to read, or just people-watch. If the restaurant has a bar then I'll order food and sit at the bar and talk to the bartender.

Going out alone is not bad, you can leave as early or stay as late as you want. I dont think i would go to a nightclub or concert alone though, unless I plan to meet up with friends there.
