It's not possible to be "following the science" and simultaneously be pro-vaxx.

There doesn't exist one single long term clinical trial, on any one of the multiple vaccines being pressured upon the populace. Hence, there is literally no scientific backing to suggest that any of the vax injections are ultimately safe. They are all experimental.

For perspective, new cancer drugs undergo an average of 6 years of research before even making it to clinical trials. The following clinical trials average 6-7 years. These covid vaccines were rolled out in almost no time.

Anyone taking them is literally consenting to being a test subject (ie a lab rat). You are not following the science, you are agreeing to be part of a scientific experiment.

And what's worse, you people are attempting to shame and pressure everyone that is hesitant to jump on board with being a lab rat, like you've chosen to be. It's unbelievable.

If the media had said in 2020 that the main reason for all the deaths was the fact the nurses etc were severely inept at their jobs, the general public would've bayed for blood and demanded they all be fired.

I mean I've gotten all my vaccinations apart from the flu jab. I don't see any need for the covid jab.

If it's that ineffective people who are vaccinated still have a high chance of getting it.... Then maybe look at the vaccine and not the unvaccinated.

Something has been bugging me about some of the level of vitriolic resentment from some vaccinated people to the unvaccinated. It doesn’t make sense.

It is almost like deep down, some of them know that taking these vaccines is a shit deal and many of them took the vaccine under peer pressure and “bought into it” so to speak.

Think about it, if the vaccines were “so good for you”, then why would you hate people for not wanting it?

If I’m at a party, and there is delicious pizza and no-one else wanted it, I’d be like “Great! more pizza for me!!”, I wouldn’t be angry or vitriolic at those that didn’t want any.

The level of joy that some people take in unvaccinated people dying or losing their jobs, makes me think they know that this is a shit deal.

It might also be the same motivation for why some posters are in favor of “vaccine passports” as a way of punishing those that didn’t take the deal.

Again, I am not saying this is true for all vaccinated people, but I definitely sense a hint of a weird resentment in some of the posters on here.

So I'm in the Vax hesitant group.

40 plus overweight probably diabetic. So I will Probably get the shots maybe 1 maybe both. Given my age I'm not too worried about long term effects. My fear is ending up in the hospitals if I do have it.

Wife works at a dr office. Family of unvaccinated got covid.. kids were fine the mom didn't have to go to hospital but dad did. (Same age as me overweight etc). His experience at the hospital was scary as hell.. just how he was treated was disgusting. First thing the triage nurse said to him was don't you wish you were vaccinated now. He made it through but there is no longer any "care" in care giving in hospitals.

thats nothing new, healthcare workers have been pretty vocal about their hate for the unvaccinated for years. My kid broke a bone a few years back and we are full potato, no vaccines at all crew. As the nurse was admitting him she asked if he is up to date on all vaccines, which is key to healthy bone repair, to which i simply replied, no. She absolutely lost the plot on me, a physician had to remove her and he apologized.
