Good TKD Poomsae demo resource?

My buddy has a twelve year old daughter who's a black belt. She was recently describing doing Poomsae tests and I told her I would try to find a good resource for videos.

I've seen a few things on YouTube but nothing jumps out. Ideally it would be for younger women by women, does anyone know something I can direct her towards?

Like MrHappy said, you need to specify what type of TKD she does. Also, there is nothing for "younger women". All katas are taught the same way for all ages/gender. Since you refer to them as Poomsae I suppose it's not ITF, but if it is, a good demo channel with the different steps on their own, from different angles, and from a woman, is the SouthQueensferryTKD on youtube.
