4x12 toe curls per day helped me put on mass
 
I don't really believe in isolation movements, I've been focusing on heavy compound foot movements for competition (raw).

hgh makes your head grow, so u get taller that way too (see tito)

I did look in to the possibility of growing more cartilage in joints / discs but I'm not even sure if that's possible.
And I would imagine it's counter intuitive to compound exercises anyway.
 
Of course we have muscles under our feet; how do you think I sleep?
