Has Roy Nelson ever kicked in a fight?

Why do you need to kick when you have anvil fists and a head/chin that is harder then a 60 year olds **** on Viagra.

Big Country will KO Meathead via Shin to thigh kick....... SO MUCH POWA

Roy's most popular gif on Sherdog involves a kick.

You would think that for a guy who loves the overhand right so much, he would adopt the Hendo two-step (leg kick, then overhand right).

lol classik

and it looked soooo awesome !! :D

and btw he would own frank mir in a rematch (slim country of course)

Mir would beat him again, he is a bad match up for Roy, he would overpower Roy again, only way I see Roy winning is on the ground on top and I don't think he can take Mir down.

I think Roy would win a rematch tbh. Roy has the JJ to finish Mir on the ground and the power to ko him. Before you start nagging about the JJ Roy did beat Mir in a JJ match.

Would you throw a kick if you had two sledgehammers for fists? ...Yeah, that's what I thought!

I smiled when I saw that headkick gif.. Whoa Big Country!

YES, I would. It is an added weapon. Good to end a combo and good for distance control. Big Country didn't choose not to kick, he just can't fucking kick cause of his physic.

He did but by points(meaning he has better positional BJJ so he would need a takedown to win) and MMA isn't BJJ, a grappling match between Mir and Roy would be closer than a MMA fight is but Mir has more advantages in an MMA fight over Roy than he does in a BJJ match, there were also some positions that Roy put himself in during that grappling match that he wouldn't do in a MMA fight because he would be eating big punches.

Mir doesn't seem to have as much power but his overall striking is better, he is more athletic, he has better wrestling, he is stronger and has a better clinch, Roy only has an edge in toughness, a better overhand and a bit more power. Mir would beat him again.

Not sticking up for Mir, but he slaughtered Roy. The jj match dont mean shit either, its not fighting.
